It’s no surprise that the watermill has received numerous awardsfor its cuisine, with all of our food being locally sourced and skilfully prepared by our head chef and culinary mastermind Pascal Brissaud. Our dishes are nothing short of artwork, delicately decorated by an authentic chef kitchen staff, made to look as beautiful as the water gardens and ponds which the restaurant overlooks.

With a professional waiting team eager to tend to your ever need and an atmosphere as warm as our crackling open fire, The Watermill Lodge is truly the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a candlelit meal.

Aquarium

“Water is my passion, so I realised my dream and built a 60000 litre aquarium where, of course, I put Lough Erne species fish on display.

Shore Lunch & Picnic

We will provide with a hearty, filling picnic, with freshly baked French Baguette straight from our ovens and a shore lunch once a week for you to enjoy, if the weather allows it so. Bon Appetit.

Bar/Pub

Our bar provides a variety of refreshing drinks to tailor for everyone, from our draught beer to our extensive list of wines specially selected from vineyards all over the world. So grab a glass of your choice and unwind in our lounge in front of our crackling log fire, or bask in the sunlight of a beautiful summer’s day on our patio.

Rooms

Be our guest, our spacious French style rooms include modern bathroom facilities with large comfortable beds and comfy duvets. Each room also has a flat screen TV and private patio overlooking the idyllic lough and garden. Tea and coffee facilities and drying room also provided. Do not hesitate to ask us if you require any more of our fluffy pillows or extra towels. Free WiFi is also included in every room. We also tailor for those with physical disabilities.
